Client Acceptance Policy The Client Acceptance Policy (hereinafter the “CAP”), following the principles and guidelines described in the Company’s AML-CFT Manual, defines the criteria for accepting new Clients and defines the Client categorisation criteria which shall be followed by the Company and especially by the employees who shall be involved in the Client Account Opening process.

Acknowledgment
The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees receiving a reply from Orbexfund, within 5 business days from the day that the complaint is received by Orbexfund., provided that all relevant information has been provided by the Client.
The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that Orbexfund. shall process and deal with the complaints based on the facts related to each occurrence.
